All software and systems remain the property of Jepsoft unless otherwise agreed in writing.

License

Customers are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the software for business purposes only.

Restrictions

Users must NOT:

• Copy or resell the software
• Reverse engineer or modify the system
• Share access without permission

Payments & Suspension

Late payments may result in:

• Temporary suspension
• Service restriction
• Account deactivation after extended delay

In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable once completed.

Package Upgrades

Users may upgrade plans anytime. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Support & Maintenance

We provide support for:

• Technical issues
• System bugs
• Updates

We do not cover:

• User misuse
• Third-party software issues
• Device or internet problems

Service Termination

We may terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraud or abuse is detected
• Payments are not completed

Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Business interruptions
• Network or power failures
• Unauthorized user activity
